- BOOKING & PAYMENTS
Booking Fee: To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total package price is required. No date is reserved until this fee is paid and the contract is signed.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due in full 14 days prior to the wedding date.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request but must be agreed upon in writing prior to booking.
- CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your booking, the 30% booking fee is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event, the full balance may still be payable.
Postponement: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. If we are unavailable, the standard cancellation policy applies.
- COVERAGE & LOGISTICS
Hours of Coverage: Coverage begins at the agreed start time. Any travel between locations on the wedding day is included within the continuous coverage hours.
Overtime: If the event runs late and you request additional coverage on the day, it will be charged at £150 per hour (for combined services) or £120 per hour (for single services), payable immediately or billed post-wedding.
Exclusivity: Ally Photography/Films shall be the sole professional photography/videography team provided for the day, unless agreed otherwise.
- TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
London Weddings: Travel within London is included in your package.
Outside London: Travel expenses for weddings outside London will be calculated and added to your quote.
Overnight Stay: If the location or coverage hours require an overnight stay, accommodation costs will be added to the final invoice. All fees will be confirmed before booking.
- IMAGE & FILM DELIVERY
Photography Timeline: Your online gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of the wedding date.
Videography Timeline: Your wedding films will be delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Sneak Peeks: A preview of images will be delivered within 72 hours of the wedding.
Editing Style: All images and films are edited in our signature style (as seen in our portfolio). Raw files are not provided under any circumstances.
- COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Copyright: Ally Photography/Films retains the copyright to all images and footage produced.
Client Usage: You are granted a personal license to print, share, and copy the images for friends and family. You may not sell the images or use them for commercial gain without written permission.
Model Release: The Client grants Ally Photography/Films the right to use images and footage for marketing, portfolio, and website purposes. (If you require total privacy, please discuss this with us beforehand).
- MEALS & BREAKS
For coverages exceeding 5 hours, the Client agrees to provide a hot meal for the photography/videography team (usually served at the same time as the wedding breakfast) to ensure we are fueled and ready to capture the rest of your night.
